Vicwest roll forms several roofing and cladding profiles that can be used in a curved roof application. Curved roofing provides a leak proof design that overcomes the water infiltration problems which are sometimes associated with a shallower, flat pan roof. Roof Profiles with Curvability:
The Tradition 100 Roof System which is a hidden or concealed fastener system with a Vertical Standing Seam. The Tradition 100 Roof System requires that the sheets be placed through a special on-site curving machine which curves the sheets to the appropriate radius. There are also three specific cladding panels with exposed fasteners that can be used in a curved roof application: CC-725, CC-6025, and CC-840. These three panels are factory roll formed into a concave panel specifically for curved roof applications.
The 7/8" Corrugated can also be used in a curved roof application depending on the radius of the roof. The 7/8" Corrugated is also an exposed fastener panel system.
