Vicwest has recently decided to take part in sponsoring four students at the 2010 Alberta CISC Steel Workshop—an educational event that is to be held in Edmonton this year on Thursday, March 25, 2010. At this event, roughly 300 Architects, Engineers and other construction professionals will learn about the latest developments in steel applications, standards and building technology.

Through sponsoring four of the roughly thirty students who are attending this workshop, Vicwest hopes to show its support for the builders and designers of the future. These students will have the opportunity to listen to keynote speakers as well as gain valuable information that will assist them in their future endeavours.
