On Wed. July 15th, 2009, Vicwest held an invitational grand opening event to celebrate the opening of our newest manufacturing facility at 3542 Millar Avenue Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

Founded in 1905, Vicwest currently operates thirteen locations coast-to-coast, making us Canada's largest manufacturer of steel building construction products. Last year alone, we formed enough steel to span the entire TransCanada highway three times. Vicwest has evolved considerably over our history and we are proud to among Canada's 500 largest corporations and in the top 10 in the country in terms of profitability according to the 2008 Financial Post 500 survey.
