There has been an ever-developing need for contractors to obtain the know-how to install VICWEST products. With that need identified, VICWEST has launched VICWEST University, a program for any contractor who wishes to become educated on added installation procedures. As Territory Sales Manager Tom Main stated, "VICWEST was doing trade shows that involved consumers; consumers loved the products and wanted to know where to buy them. The main issue then became contractors not being familiar with new installation procedures. With the training that VICWEST now provides to contractors, that problem has been solved." The University has proven to be a successful and fun learning process for all.

VICWEST soon hopes to begin an official certification process for the contractors who complete their University course. This will help to ensure that our customers not only have the satisfaction of knowing they have a quality product, but the assurance of knowing it has been assembled be a well-trained, VICWEST University graduate.
