Vicwest recently attended the annual CSSBI (Canadian Sheet Steel Building Institute) in Whistler, BC where our organization won several prestigious awards for Steel Building Products and Residential Steel Products in this year’s annual CSSBI photo contest.

 For the Steel Building Product division, First place was awarded to Dwayne Melnychuk for Servus Credit Union - Head office located in Edmonton, AB. This project showcased 7/8 corrugated in Bright silver and Galvalume and Alpolic System 3 in Silver Metallic.

Second place was also awarded to Dwayne Melnychuck for Northland Edmonton Expo Centre located in Edmonton, AB. This project showcased AD 300R, CL 308, ACM, and Tradition 100.

For the Residential Steel products category, Tom Main was awarded first place for The Ontario Project Dream home located in Lindsay, Ontario. This project featured Charcoal grey Prestige 20” in 24 gauge material covering 50 square feet.
